SANCTUARY ANANDA

GREAT LUXURY

The Sanctuary Ananda is specially designed and built to take you effortlessly and in great luxury along the rivers of Myanmar; to discover temples, palaces, and forgotten villages cloaked in untouched jungle.

The Sanctuary Ananda will take you on a voyage through the majestic rivers, secret backwaters and mighty tributaries of the waterways of Myanmar, reaching almost as far as the Indian border. And along the way you will be treated to a continuous procession of stunning scenery; absorbing pastoral landscapes that appear to have changed little with the passing of centuries…and some truly glorious sights. Like the temples and pagodas, that appear on the banks of the mighty Ayeyarwady as it flows inexorably between Bhamo and Yangon. You’ll also see great palaces – monuments to the egos of long-vanquished rulers – and huge monasteries.

ELEGANT ATMOSPHERE

Aboard the Sanctuary Ananda you’ll have a different experience every day, as the mysteries of Myanmar unveil themselves. The jungle will give way to remote villages that seem to have been forgotten by the outside world, or ancient towns with fascinating histories stretching back through centuries.

And in the evening you can indulge another of your senses: the Talifoo Restaurant presents you with fine dining, and fine wines, in an elegant atmosphere, whilst Mindoon Al Fresco dining on the Mandalay deck ensures you can eat in style, whilst watching the passing parade.

“A TRIP OF A LIFETIME, PERFECTLY PLANNED”
Dear Claire, our trip was 100% amazing. We fell in love with Chile. I love how we were introduced to all of the different parts of the country. Our family was engaged in all of the fun from beginning to end. The lodges were just perfection. I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I really appreciate all you did to make our trip a trip of a lifetime.

“EVERY TRIP EXCELLENT – AND MORE TO COME”
I’ve been on several small group holidays with ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV and every one has been outstanding. My most recent trip in February was no exception – expertly organised, responsive to questions, and full of memorable experiences. The itineraries are well thought out, the hotels top-notch, and the group sizes just right. Their tour leaders are knowledgeable, supportive and great company. I haven’t looked elsewhere since discovering Ultimate – and I’m already planning my next.

“FLAWLESS, AGAIN”
This is the third time I’ve used TUTC. The service, as before, was flawless. Aside from putting in place all the major details of a complex trip to Japan, Dan at TUTC nailed every detail: train tickets were for seats with large luggage space (very important in Japan, as we discovered); a mobile internet wifi was included; together with a pre-charged use-pretty-much-anywhere travel card (again, important – Japan has multiple transport companies). For any kind of complex trip I won’t go anywhere else.
