JNANE TAMSNA, MARRAKECH

FAMILY-FRIENDLY BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Lying in the serene Palmeraie just outside of Marrakech, Jnane Tamsna is a beautifully designed, family-friendly boutique hotel.

A unique boutique hotel set in a lush nine-acre garden at the heart of a vast palm oasis, Jnane Tamsna blends the capacity and amenities of a hotel with the intimacy and service of a fine private home. The 24 light and airy bedrooms are scattered between five houses, each with their own pool and spacious veranda overlooking the gardens. Interiors are decorated in a Moorish style with a blend of Moroccan crafts, Middle Eastern furnishings and colourful African textiles.

Fish pastilla, chicken tagine and other dishes inspired by Morocco’s rich culinary heritage are prepared using produce from the organic gardens. You can even learn how to prepare local dishes yourself on one of the hotel’s popular cooking classes. Otherwise, there are camel and bike rides to enjoy in the surrounding palm grove, as well as sidecar tours of the city and its outskirts.

Wandering the gardens, you’ll find five swimming pools, a hamman and a clay tennis court where you can enjoy a friendly match with the hotel’s coach, Jamal. Calligraphy and magic classes promise fun afternoons for children.

“TRIP TO THE TOP OF THE WORLD”
Everything about our trip was excellent. While it’s a considered investment, the service more than justifies the cost. We loved the accommodation – beautifully chosen and thoughtfully located. Our guides ranged from grear to truly exceptional. And the places we visited? They exceeded all expectations. Peru is an extraordinarily beautiful country, and this journey gave us a real sense of its wonder.

“THREE HOLIDAYS IN AND STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEDED”
Dan Mills organised perfectly a challenging itinerary to incorporate a wedding we were attending in Kathmandu. A fantastic balance of trekking, rafting, safari, sightseeing and R&R. This was our third holiday with Ultimate Travel and we cannot recommend highly enough

“SEAMLESSLY ORGANISED, TRULY UNFORGETTABLE”
The itinerary was spot on. Claire really listened and understood the kind of holiday I wanted – from the hotels to the pace of the trip. The team on the ground were exceptional: friendly, efficient, and always one step ahead, helping with everything from flight check-ins to tax-free procedures at the end. The guides were knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I had an amazing time. Thank you!
